This is one of our premier events of the 2024-25 season and as such will be a full tournament with more rules and regulations being followed. \nOn-site Registration and check in will begin at 10 AM. Any entries after this point will have to take a round 1 loss and will be entered after 12 PM. \nDeck Check begins at 11:30 AM. Currents crackle and dragons roar in the Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Surging Sparks expansion! \nWelcome to Dragon’s Lair Comics & Fantasy Austin\, your home for comics\, board games\, collectible card games and much more. Austin’s favorite nerd spot and game store since 1986. \nEach player will receive a Build & Battle box containing:\nA 40-Card ready-to-play deck\, including 1 of 4 unique foil promo cards\n4 Pokemon TCG: Scarlet & Violet – Surging Sparks booster packs\nA code card for Pokemon TCG Live \nPlayers will then be given 30 minutes to build a 40 card deck with energy cards provided by the store. Players will then be divided into their age groups and paired with other players for a fun 3 round 30 minute swiss format tournament with best of 1 games with 4 prize cards instead of the normal 6 prize cards due to smaller decks. \nALL Players who play will get 3 packs of Pokemon TCG: Scarlet & Violet – Surging Sparks for playing! DESCRIPTION:Date: Friday October 25th\nStart Time: 6:30pm\nEnd Time: 9:30pm\nCost: $35 online / $40 in-store\nSeat Cap: 32 per day \nWelcome to Dragon’s Lair Comics & Fantasy Austin\, your home for comics\, board games\, collectible card games and much more. Austin’s favorite nerd spot and game store since 1986. \nThis tournament will be a sealed format. Each player will receive 6 booster packs of Special Booster 2.0 and will then build a 40 card deck and a 0-5 card “Digi-Egg” deck. Players can include as many copies of cards with the same card number as they like. Do what you like to the ghouls\, but make sure 100% of the mini is present on the base once turned in for voting. The voting period will be from 10am 10/26 to midnight 10/30. \nWhether you only know the bare-bones of painting or you’re a Lich with a brush\, we hope to see your ghoulish creations! \nRules: \n\n\nMust use the provided miniature from each category.
