This set has a twisted fairy tale theme &#8211; you&#8217;ll see cards referencing many beloved stories including Hansel and Gretel, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, and many more! Here are some highlights of what&#8217;s new in gameplay for this magical set:<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Mechanic &#8211; Roles<\/strong>: These are enchantments that attach to a creature to affect\u00a0their abilities and further compliment the stories being referenced.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Mechanic &#8211; Bargain<\/strong>: A play on trading and bartering, this mechanic allows players to sacrifice an artifact, enchantment or token in order to gain something else in return.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Returning Mechanic &#8211; Adventure<\/strong>: These sorceries are\u00a0exiled and then allow the player to cast the main spell (the creature) of\u00a0the card from exile later.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Returning Mechanic &#8211; Saga<\/strong>: These cards reference and build a story as they are built up with counters.<\/p>\n<p>This is an enchanting set that will also feature beautiful card treatments done in a storybook style, including borderless treatments, the new confetti foil treatment, alternate anime art versions of some cards, and more!<\/p>\n<p>If you want to experience this set as soon as possible, check out our pre-release events taking place from September 1st-5th.
