We hadn’t even arrived at GenCon when the eye-candy started popping up. In this case, it’s the Dragonbane RPG from Free League Press. Dragonbane was originally called Drakar och Demoner when it was published in the ‘80s in Sweden, where it became to Sweden RPGs what AD&D was in the USA.
The game uses a d20 instead of the pools of d6s we expect from a Free League Press game. However, the production values in this lovely box are very much in keeping with Free League’s reputation.
