Celebrate Dragons Lair Comics & Fantasy’s 40th anniversary with a miniatures painting contest! There are three brackets available for entrants: Beginner, Intermediate, and Expert.
Contest Details and Deadlines:
Submissions window: September 1st-30th
Community Voting: October 1st – 15th
Winners announcement: October 16th
Each experience level has the same criteria: Use the Dragon’s Lair color palette to paint your miniature! The Community will vote on their favorites and the winners from each bracket will win a Dragon’s Lair gift card.
Beginners will be given their very own mini to paint. Intermediate and Experts will need to supply their own mini for the contest.
The Color Palette for the contest will be:
Any value, tone, or saturation of the following: Green, Yellow, Orange, White, Black and at least one Metallic of your choice. Colors outside of these hues are not allowed (blue, purple, etc).
Minis will be on display during voting period in figure cases.
