Welcome to Dragon’s Lair Comics & Fantasy Austin’s Magic the Gathering: Regional Championship Qualifier event for this season! This event will be a Pioneer format event with a cap of 48 players.
This event will be swiss rounds with a cut to top 8.

PRIZING
The first 32 participants to sign up online will get a promotional full alternate art Mystical Dispute promotional card!
Top 8 will get a promotional Non-Foil full alternate art Thing in the Ice / Awoken Horror promotional card.
Winner will receive a Foil full alternate art Thing in the Ice / Awoken Horror promotional card as well as qualifying to participate Regional Championship Qualifier at DreamHack Dallas on June 2-4, 2023. (Badge to be picked up at DreamHack Dallas)
Anything under 24 players will be a cash payout based on the number of players.
At 24 Players, $500 goes into the prize pool to be divided as follows:
1st place – $150
2nd place – $70
3rd / 4th place – $60
5th – 8th place – $40
At 32 players, $750 goes into the prize pool to be divided as follows:
1st place – $225
2nd place – $105
3rd / 4th place – $90
5th – 8th place – $60
At 48 players, $1000 goes into the prize pool to be divided as follows:
1st place – $275
2nd place – $175
3rd / 4th place – $125
5th – 8th place – $75
Deck lists WILL BE REQUIRED for this event. Please make sure to have your deck lists ready before the event starts, printing services will be available at the venue on the day of. Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance so we can start on time.
