The new Four Emperors take the helm in this OP-09! Luffy and Buggy finally appear alongside Shanks and teach as the new Four Emperors! Many ONE PIECE ODYSSEY-themed cards also make their debut in this pack, offering players new strategic possibilities.
This tournament will be a sealed format. Each player will receive 6 booster packs of “Emperors of the New World” (OP9) and will then build a 40 card deck. Players can include as many copies of cards with the same card number as they like. In sealed format, player can ignore color requirements.
NOTE: YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN DON! X10 AND A LEADER CARD TO PARTICIPATE!

Players will than play in a 4 round swiss format tournament of 35 minutes a round to determine a final winner.
Prizing:
Each player will receive a promotional card of P-043 Monkey.D.Luffy, 2nd Anniversary Tournament Pack, & 2nd Anniversary DON!! Card and 1 pack of OP09
Players who do better than 2-x will get additional packs equal to their win rate (ex. 3-2 win record would get 3 additional packs of OP9)
Winner cards will be handed out at the event.
