Details: One Piece Card Game ST-11 Uta Deck Battle where players will be given an Uta Starter deck and will play and get a pack of special promotional cards that can be combined with the deck. Each hour will have a cap of 16 players and each group will play 4 30 minute rounds to determine a winner who will get a special winner promotional card.
