There are a couple options you can take depending on how much effort you want to put into your character. If it’s a short campaign or you’re just not quite fully committed we have a variety of high quality miniatures available off the shelf. This lets you skip any wait time by running into the Lair to snag something that will suit your character’s main attributes (bard, paladin, nymph, etc.).
Another avenue you can choose is the completely customizable miniature route. Heroforge.com is one of the best services available for designing your own miniature online. You get to pick your character type from an expansive library, and can tweak everything from their physical attributes (hair, build) to weapons and clothing. If you have a particular character you’re invested in and want to recreate as faithfully as possible for your tabletop play, this is the way to go.
Whichever option you choose, a mini isn’t quite a mini without paint! We’ve got everything you need to bring those pieces to life available at the Lair, including a wide variety of color and brand selections. You can even reserve a table to sit down and paint your piece – a Dragon’s Lair employee is always willing to give you guidance if you have questions on what you need to get started!
