GenCon Day 2: Luchadores & Ennies

Friday started bright and early with a visit to the Lamentations of the Flame Princess booth.  This is James Raggi’s first appearance in the US since he started publishing his “mind-bending and merciless” RPG books.  He was suitably thrilled to be here:

Friday night at the ENnie Awards, Hite’s The Dracula Dossier and Achtung! Cthulhu were big winners, as were Feng Shui 2 and Paizo Publishing which took home the ENnie for fan-favorite publisher. Zak Sabbath, who wrote A Red & Pleasant Land won three ENnies for his new book Maze of the Blue Medusa. Curse of Strahd also took home a plethora of ENnies, including the gold ENnie for Best Adventure. Monte Cook Games took home an ENnie for their new game, No Thank You, Evil. Frostgrave took home a silver ENnie.
