Crush Foundation

The Crush Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping its communities to raise funds needed for lifesaving medical efforts and furthering education to those who were otherwise financially incapable of obtaining such services, qualified for exemption under section 501(c)(3) as a charitable organization providing relief to the poor and distressed.

It is the mission, duty and purpose of the Crush Foundation to help its’ community and those surrounding it to raise funds needed for lifesaving medical efforts, offering a liaison between patients and others involved, as well as, furthering to educate same on research and studies that are ongoing in the mission to cure these chronic diseases. Chronic diseases are defined broadly as conditions that last 1 year or more and require ongoing medical attention or limit activities of daily living or both. Examples of these diseases are cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer’s’ disease, Lou Gehrig’s Disease (“ALS”), heart
disease and more. These dread diseases are the leading causes of death and disability in the United States. They are also leading drivers of the nation’s $3.3 trillion in annual health care costs.
